Have Questions?
We Have Answers.
Is this another “fix your gut overnight” supplement?
No overnight promises here. Gut Health is a daily digestive-support supplement with four complementary ingredients. It is not a laxative or a treatment for constipation, and it does not guarantee relief from bloating or other symptoms.
I’ve tried other gut supplements. What should I know?
Start with the label, not the promise. This formula contains apple cider vinegar powder, inulin, L. acidophilus LA85 and DigeZyme® at the amounts shown above. Different formulas can suit different people. If symptoms persist or other products haven’t helped, speak with a healthcare professional rather than continuing to add supplements.
How many capsules should I take?
Adults take two capsules daily with 6–8 oz (177–236 ml) of water, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Each bottle has 60 capsules: 30 daily servings. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Why combine prebiotics, probiotics and enzymes?
They have different roles. Inulin provides prebiotic fiber, L. acidophilus LA85 supplies a probiotic strain, and DigeZyme® is a multi-enzyme complex. This formula brings all three together with apple cider vinegar powder.*
What does 1 billion CFU mean?
CFU stands for colony-forming units, a measure of live microorganisms. The label lists 1 billion CFU of L. acidophilus LA85 per serving at the time of manufacture. This is not a guarantee of the same count through expiry.
Is this suitable for a plant-based routine?
The supplier lists the formula as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and non-GMO. The capsule shell is HPMC, a vegetable capsule. Check your actual label for ingredients and suitability, especially if you have allergies.
Can I take it with medication?
Ask your healthcare professional before combining supplements with medication. Also seek advice before use if pregnant or nursing, under 18, living with a medical condition, or immunocompromised.
Can the packaging look different?
Please note that the actual product may slightly vary from the images shown on our website. Minor variations in packaging and content, such as color, design, or texture, may occur between production batches. These differences do not affect the quality or described functionality of the product.
